FAQ

Questions, answered.

Which exams does Lisenia cover?

Both IELTS (Academic and General Training) and TOEFL iBT listening. The skill lessons and mock exams are built for the question types, accents, and speech speed you'll meet in each one.

How is my band or score estimated?

Your diagnostic and mocks are graded against IELTS band and TOEFL score descriptors, so you get an indicative range plus a per-skill breakdown. It's practice guidance to track your progress — not an official score, which only the test boards can issue.

Are the mock exams different every time?

Yes. Every mock is generated fresh and weighted toward the skills where you lost marks in your diagnostic, so you're never re-sitting the same test. Choose full-length or short depending on your time.

Can I switch plans, cancel, or get a refund?

You can move between Free, Coach Pass, and Coach Max at any time, and monthly plans cancel in one click and stop at the end of the billing period. The 3-month plan is a one-time payment for the full exam-prep cycle. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days and we'll sort out a refund.

Is there a mobile app?

Lisenia runs in your mobile browser today — no install needed, and your progress syncs across devices. A dedicated iOS and Android app is coming soon.

How do universities and schools get set up?

Universities, schools, and prep centres get semester-length Complete access, teacher dashboards, cohort progress reports, class-code join, and bulk seat pricing. Contact us and we'll set up your cohorts and walk your team through the dashboard.
