What we can tell you today

  • Where learner data is stored. A managed Postgres database and file storage in ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo). Application servers run in the same region.
  • Who else processes it. Supabase (database, storage, sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Dodo Payments (payments; they are the merchant of record and handle card data — we never see it), and Anthropic (the in-app assistant, for the messages a learner sends it).
  • What a teacher on your account can see. Their own class only: each learner’s progress, test scores and per-question answers. Not their email password, not their payment details, and not learners outside the class code.
  • Deletion. A learner can delete their own account from inside the app, and it removes their records rather than hiding them. Records your institution needs for reporting should be exported first.
  • Legal bases and your rights under GDPR Article 13, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
  • Minimum age 13, with parental consent required under 18. Asked at sign-up.

What we do not have yet

Said plainly, because you need to know before you buy, not after.

  • No published Data Processing Agreement. If your institution requires a signed DPA, raise it with us before purchase — it is something we would agree with you, not a document we can send you today.
  • No FERPA or COPPA attestation. Neither has been assessed, so we do not claim either.
  • No single sign-on. Learners join with a class code and sign in by email link or Google. No SAML, no Entra/Okta.
  • No LMS integration. No LTI, no Moodle or Canvas plugin. Progress and scores leave the platform as CSV export.
  • No EU or UK data residency option. The region above is the only one.
